Terms of Service
OriBloo
Last updated: 9 August 2026
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the OriBloo website and related services (the "Service") operated by OriBloo.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Please also read our Privacy Policy.
2. What OriBloo is
OriBloo is an AI-assisted health-information and decision-support product. It helps people explore health-related questions and information so they can make more informed decisions.
OriBloo is a software product. It is not a hospital, clinic, pharmacy, laboratory, or licensed medical practice.
3. AI-assisted nature
OriBloo uses artificial intelligence to interpret questions and generate responses. AI systems can misunderstand context, miss important details, or produce incorrect or incomplete information.
Treat OriBloo’s outputs as informational support, not as a definitive medical conclusion.
4. Health-information disclaimer
OriBloo provides general health-related information and decision support. It does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional who knows your personal circumstances.
In the product interface, we also display a short notice that AI can make mistakes and that OriBloo is not a substitute for professional medical advice. These Terms expand on that idea without repeating a long on-screen warning.
5. Not medical advice
Nothing on OriBloo is medical advice, a diagnosis, a prescription, a treatment plan, or a substitute for consultation with a doctor, pharmacist, dietitian, therapist, or other qualified professional.
Do not ignore professional medical advice, and do not delay seeking it, because of something you read or received through OriBloo.
6. No diagnosis or treatment relationship
Using OriBloo does not create a doctor–patient, clinician–client, or other professional healthcare relationship.
If you think you may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. Do not use OriBloo for emergencies.
7. AI limitations and possible errors
Responses may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your situation. Evidence summaries and scores (where shown) are generated or assisted by automated systems and may not reflect the full state of scientific or clinical knowledge.
You are responsible for how you interpret and use any output.
8. User responsibility
You are responsible for:
- The questions and content you submit
- Evaluating whether OriBloo’s information is appropriate for you
- Seeking professional care when needed
- Decisions you make about your health, products, diet, supplements, or lifestyle
If you have a medical condition, take medication, are pregnant, or are making a significant health decision, speak with a qualified professional.
9. Accuracy limitations
We aim to provide a careful, evidence-oriented experience, but we do not warrant that any particular response is accurate, complete, current, or appropriate for you.
Health science changes. Product formulations change. Individual circumstances differ.
10. Appropriate use
You may use OriBloo for lawful, personal, informational purposes in accordance with these Terms.
11. Prohibited use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, or to interfere with the Service or the safety of others
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its security, or other users
- Scrape or systematically extract content in a way that harms the Service or violates these Terms, except as allowed by applicable law
- Misrepresent OriBloo’s outputs as professional medical advice
- Attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the Service except where such restriction is prohibited by law
We may suspend or limit access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated.
12. User-submitted content
You may submit text (and, where available, images) to the Service. You retain any rights you have in that content.
You grant OriBloo a limited licence to process that content as needed to operate the Service—for example, to send it to AI providers, generate a response, and display results to you.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content you provide and that doing so does not violate applicable law or others’ rights.
Do not upload images of other people without a lawful basis to do so.
13. Intellectual property
The Service—including software, design, branding, and original content we provide—is owned by OriBloo or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of OriBloo’s intellectual property to you. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding or non-user content except as allowed by law or with our permission.
14. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including hosting and AI processing providers (such as Vercel and OpenAI). Your use of the Service means those providers may process information as described in our Privacy Policy and their own terms.
OriBloo is not responsible for third-party services we do not control, except to the extent required by applicable law.
15. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We may update features, models, prompts, or interfaces over time. If we introduce accounts, saved results, or similar features later, we may update these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Those features are not part of the current live Service described here.
16. Accounts
The current live Service does not require a user account and does not currently offer sign-in, saved profiles, or Saved Results.
17. Suspension
We may suspend or restrict access to the Service if necessary to protect the Service or other users, or if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law.
18. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Health-related information involves uncertainty. Automated systems involve additional uncertainty.
19. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OriBloo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OriBloo’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to OriBloo for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or (b) one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or local equivalent.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
20. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless OriBloo from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by OriBloo’s own unlawful conduct.
21. Governing law and disputes
OriBloo is intended for an international audience. These Terms do not currently select a particular governing law or exclusive court. That choice remains to be determined and will be stated here once decided. Do not infer a jurisdiction from any individual’s personal location.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date and post the revised Terms on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires a different process.
