Privacy Policy
OriBloo
Last updated: 9 August 2026
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how OriBloo ("OriBloo," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the OriBloo website and related services (the "Service").
OriBloo is an AI-assisted health-information and decision-support product. It is designed to help people understand health-related information and make more informed decisions. It is not a medical service and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.
Please read this Policy together with our Terms of Service. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Service.
2. Who operates OriBloo
The Service is operated by OriBloo.
Public contact for this Policy: hello@oribloo.com
3. Contact
For privacy questions or requests, email:
4. Information you provide
When you use OriBloo, you may choose to submit information, including:
- Free-text questions and prompts (for example, questions about nutrition, lifestyle, products, or other health-related topics)
- Clarification responses or assumption selections offered in the product interface
- Other text you enter into search or related flows
You control what you type. Please do not submit information you do not want processed to provide a response.
5. Health-related information
Because OriBloo is a health-information product, the questions and context you submit may relate to health, wellbeing, diet, supplements, symptoms, lifestyle, or similar topics.
We process this information to operate the Service—primarily to generate an AI-assisted response for you. We do not currently operate user accounts or saved personal health records in the live product described in this Policy, and we do not use the live Service for advertising profiling.
If you do not want health-related text processed by OriBloo or its service providers, do not submit it.
6. Information processed when you use Ori
Depending on how you use the Service, the following may be processed:
- The content of your question and related clarification or assumption text
- Technical information needed to deliver the Service over the internet (for example, standard request details processed by our hosting provider when you load pages or call our APIs)
- Limited information stored in your browser as described below
- If you use product-photo analysis features that are available in the product: image data you capture or upload
Product-photo / camera analysis is designed so that photos are temporarily uploaded for analysis and then deleted from Ori temporary storage. Exact behavior depends on the feature as offered in the product at the time you use it.
7. Information stored in your browser
OriBloo currently uses a small amount of browser storage to make the product work:
- A display preference (for example, light or dark mode), so the interface can remember how you like it to look
- A short-lived clarification session for the current browser tab, so a clarification thread can stay consistent while you continue that conversation
We do not currently keep an automatic history of your past searches in the live product.
We do not currently use advertising trackers, and Google Analytics is not enabled for the live Service described in this Policy. If that changes, we will update this Policy.
Separately, our hosting provider may process technical request information as part of running the website (see “Vercel / hosting” below). That is not the same as OriBloo running a marketing analytics product.
8. Questions in the page address
When you search, your question may appear in the page address (for example, in the link after “?q=”). That means it may also appear in your browser history. In some cases, similar details may also appear in infrastructure or server logs used to operate the Service.
If you are concerned about a question appearing in your browser history or similar places, avoid putting highly sensitive details into the search box.
9. How we use information
We use information you submit and related technical processing to:
- Provide AI-assisted responses and the product experience you request
- Operate, maintain, and secure the Service
- Understand and fix errors
- Respond if you contact us at hello@oribloo.com
We do not sell your personal information.
10. AI processing
OriBloo uses artificial intelligence to interpret questions and generate responses. AI systems can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Responses are for information and decision support only.
In the product, we also show a short notice that AI can make mistakes and that OriBloo is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
11. OpenAI
To generate responses, OriBloo sends relevant content you submit (such as your question and related clarification context) to OpenAI so a result can be returned to you.
If you use product-photo analysis when that feature is available, image data you provide may also be sent to OpenAI for analysis.
OpenAI processes that content as a service provider. OriBloo does not control OpenAI’s independent retention, security, training, or subprocessors beyond what is described in OpenAI’s own terms and privacy documentation for the services we use. We do not claim that OpenAI deletes information simply because OriBloo’s product flow has finished.
On OriBloo’s side, the current live web product does not intentionally keep a permanent server-side archive of your questions or AI answers as an account history. Responses are returned to your browser for display.
For OpenAI’s practices, please review OpenAI’s current terms and privacy materials.
12. Vercel / hosting
OriBloo is hosted on infrastructure provided by Vercel. When you use the Service, your requests are processed there. Hosting providers typically process technical information needed to deliver pages and APIs, and may keep operational logs and monitoring data according to their systems and settings.
This infrastructure processing is part of running a modern website. It is different from OriBloo intentionally storing your questions in a product database—which the current live product does not do.
13. Other service providers
We use service providers to operate OriBloo, including:
- OpenAI — AI processing for responses (and image analysis where that feature applies)
- Vercel — hosting, delivery, and related infrastructure
They process information as needed to provide their services to us, subject to their terms and our configuration.
14. How long information is kept
Under the current live product:
- OriBloo does not maintain a permanent server-side archive of your questions or answers as user account history
- Clarification session data in your browser is typically limited to that browser tab or session
- Display preferences may remain until you clear site data or change the setting
- Temporary files created for photo analysis (when that flow runs) are designed to be short-lived and removed from Ori temporary storage after analysis or when they expire under the application’s temporary-storage design
Third-party providers may retain information on their own systems according to their policies. OriBloo cannot promise deletion timelines for those providers.
15. Requests about your information
Because the current live product does not provide user accounts or a stored personal archive of your questions, there is no in-product control to “delete my account history” on our servers.
You can clear browser storage and history through your browser settings. For other privacy requests, email hello@oribloo.com. We will consider requests in light of what information we actually hold and applicable law.
16. Security
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the Service to protect systems that process information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
17. Processing in more than one country
OriBloo is intended for an international audience. Information you submit may be processed in countries other than where you are located, including by providers such as OpenAI and Vercel and their infrastructure.
18. Privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights regarding personal information—for example, rights to ask for access, correction, or deletion, or to raise concerns about certain processing.
Because OriBloo’s current live product does not maintain user accounts or a permanent question archive, the practical scope of some requests may be limited to information we actually hold (such as messages you send us, or operational records that exist in our systems or providers).
To make a request, email hello@oribloo.com.
19. Children
OriBloo is intended as a general-audience service. We do not currently ask for your age, collect date of birth, or use an age gate.
We do not knowingly design the Service around collecting children’s information for marketing purposes.
If you have a concern about a child’s use of OriBloo, contact hello@oribloo.com.
20. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date and post the updated Policy on this page. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice where appropriate.
We may also introduce new features in the future. If those features change how information is handled, we will update this Policy as needed.
